MS Finance Referrals allows you to submit qualified lending opportunities through a secure platform. Each referral is personally reviewed by Michael Shea before any contact is made with the client. Your role is to make the introduction.
The lending strategy, lender selection, application, and process management are handled end-to-end. Every referral is treated individually.

Home Loans
Clients buying a home, upgrading, downsizing, or purchasing an investment property can be referred. Including owner-occupied home loans, investment properties, and first home buyer lending.
Refinancing
Clients who already have a loan and are looking to review or improve their current setup can be referred. This may include refinancing to a lower rate, changing loan structures, or accessing available equity.
Personal & Car Loans
Clients looking to finance a vehicle or manage larger personal expenses can be referred. This includes car loans for new or used vehicles as well as personal loans.
